Glasses.

I went to the eye doctor yesterday, and he told me that, not only are my old prescription glasses not strong enough, but I also need another set for glasses for reading, homework, and being on the computer.
Thank god the doctor told me I could not get bifocals, that would have been a nightmare.

I already got my distance glasses. Inspired by Dakota Fanning of course. I just need my Reading/Computer Glasses. I was thinking Wayfarer Ray Bans. Thoughts?

The Runaways comes out this Friday (3-19-10)!! Please tell me you are crazy excited! The movie follows the story of the all girl-rock band formed by Joan Jett in the 70's. The movie stars Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie. Go see it now- please!

The unveiling of the first Eclipse Trailer! (well....teaser trailer- but still!!)

It looks like it will be pretty good! I mean, I thought New Moon was a HUGE improvement from Twilight, so maybe Eclipe can top New Moon. We'll see.

P.S. Did Anybody notice that Victoria was recast? Hmm.....What do you think? Personally, I prefer the old actress Rachelle Lefevre.

Just Heard a good song by John Legend I thin you should listen to. It's called 'Everybody Knows' from his Album Evolver.

Also, check out 'If You're Out There', from the same album. I had never really heard any John Legend before, but I am kind of digging his style.

Oscar Fashion Roundup

For some people, the most important part of the Oscars isn't the awards given, its the fashion. The famous question "Who are you wearing" is probably asked hundreds of times in that one night. I mean, think about it; stars have their gown for the ceremony, the gown for the Governors Ball, and their party dress for all of the crazy after parties.

HOWS THAT FOR A WIN???

The winner of Best Director- Kathryn Bigelow ( The Hurt Locker)- not only won the award, but she also won something much bigger than that. It is well known that her ex-husband was James Cameron. Cameron cheated on Bigelow, with one of his younger actors in 'Titanic', who he eventually left his wife for.

So for all the women who have been cheated on by their husbands, this is a win for us all. Bigelow beat out her ex-husband, I mean come on! Not to mention, that she will go down in history as the first woman ever to receive an award for Best Director!

The Real Life Scooby Dooby Doo

I heard an intresting story I wanted to share with you guys.

Just over a year ago, in a court in France, a dog was used as a witness to testify in a court case. Scooby (the dog)'s owner was found hanging by her neck in her Paris Flat. The Police believe she committed suicide, but her family tried to prove that she was murdered. Scooby had been with her the day of her death, so it was assumed that Scooby was present at her time of death. When Scooby was put on the witness stand, the Judge brought the suspect out to see how Scooby would react to the alleged killer. Scooby began to bark furiously, and this showed the judge that the dog remembered the suspect from the day his owner was murdered. The Family used this evidence to prove that Scooby remembers the man because he murdered his owner.

What do you think? I mean, nothing like this has ever been done. Most people believe canines have no way to perceive time. But this case could prove that Scooby remembered the alleged killer from the day his owner was murdered, 2 years for us, 17 years to a dog.

I have always wondered why teenagers do the things they do.

Like, why would you smoke when you know the harmful effects it has on your lungs. Or why drink, when you know the legal drinking age is 21.
'It's Because Teenagers have a defect in their brain, that causes them to have impair their ability to reason, and think of consequences.
